While it was clear the practitioner knew what she was doing technically, the overall experience was disappointing. As a first-time user, I didn't find the environment welcoming at all. The procedure wasn't explained to me, and despite being very clear that I wanted to proceed, I was asked repeatedly if I was sure. While I appreciate the need for thorough consent, it reached a point where it felt patronizing. The whole appointment felt rushed and uncomfortable,I wouldn't recommend this spot for first timers
