Deep Tissue Massage concentrates on deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic patterns of tension in the body. By applying firm pressure and slow strokes our experienced therapists work on deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). Used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
