I was inducted into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame in 2018.Currently, I hold a 6th degree back belt in Tae Kwon Do, 5th degree black belt in Defensive Hapkido, 3rd degree black belt in Kobudo and a black belt in Judo. Personal training since 1997, I have helped thousands of people reach and maintain their health and fitness goals.
