1. Avoid Sun Exposure & Tanning
Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 2-4 weeks before treatment.
Do not use tanning beds, self-tanners, or spray tans.
If necessary, wear SPF 30+ sunscreen daily.
2. Skin Preparation
Avoid using retinoids, exfoliants, or strong acids (AHA, BHA, Vitamin C, Retinol) for at least 5-7 days before treatment.
Do not undergo chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or other resurfacing treatments for at least 2 weeks prior.
Keep your skin clean and free of makeup, lotion, perfume, or deodorant on the day of treatment.
