My experience with Ellie was wonderful - she answered all of my questions about various piercing related things, provided some advice about some old piercings I had, and also helped me plan for future placements when I went into have my conch downsized. She was super patient with me while I made jewelry shopping decisions and was extremely transparent about pricing and cost. When she did my conch downsizing, she was extremely careful with removing the piercing and monitoring whether or not I was comfortable. I would go back to see Ellie without hesitation and would recommend her.
