My experience with Ellie was wonderful - she answered all of my questions about various piercing related things, provided some advice about some old piercings I had, and also helped me plan for future placements when I went into have my conch downsized. She was super patient with me while I made jewelry shopping decisions and was extremely transparent about pricing and cost. When she did my conch downsizing, she was extremely careful with removing the piercing and monitoring whether or not I was comfortable. I would go back to see Ellie without hesitation and would recommend her.

Very soothing personality! Manu was a great help in choosing the piercing she took notice in what jewelry I was already sporting and made a great recommendation. She was extremely clear on how the procedure would move along. Manu was very thorough with the placement of the piercing. She is a Gentle and steady piercer with confidence in her ability which set me at ease. The entire appointment was a fantastic experience. Thank you Manu!
