Professional and friendly. Worked with us to pick the right jewelry for our piercing and perfect placement. Talked us through the piercing and through aftercare. Made a point to suggest I come back early to downsize because of my ear anatomy.

Manu was amazing!! She pierced my bridge and my eyebrow, explained the whole process each step of the way and answered my (probably obvious) aftercare questions with no judgment. Best piercing experience I've had (out of several.) the salon itself just feels comforting in all, and I am already planning to return for any future piercings!
