We first came here in 2022, when Libby completed my daughter's assessment. Her detailed, evidence-based report was instrumental in securing the right provision and educational placement..We returned for an updated assessment for post-16 provision, this time with Dawn. She was warm, professional, and immediately put my daughter at ease, creating a calm, supportive environment where she felt comfortable being herself. The assessment was engaging and interactive. Dawn's compassionate, child-centred approach made the whole experience a positive one. We highly recommend both Libby and Dawn.

Natasha was outstanding in engaging my PDA child who hasn't previously engaged with ANY of the 4 previous assessments arranged by LA and privately. She was able to capture my daughter's interest by diving into her interests and adapting throughout the session, showing her photos of favourite toys, discussing her favourite movie, doing parallel research whilst maintaining the child's attention. I am used to hold my breath at each assessment. This time my child asked when is she going to see Natasha next. Some people are worth their weight gold and without doubt she is one of them

Very helpful very friendly only thing I will say tho is I had a panic attack because the gate was locked and I couldn’t enter I felt like someone was going to crash into me… so maybe making sure the gates are open as it was my first time I literally was scared!!! However aruni was lovely and made sure I could leave okay thankyou

I felt really listened to and heard. For the first time since SM developed in my daughter, I felt someone understood her and her situation and didn't just see her as a problem or her SM as a phase or defiance. Having my daughter understood through a neuroaffirming lens, not having classic behaviour therapies pushed and having her SM understood as part of her PDA profile was amazing. I feel like I have someone who gets it on my side for the tribunal. Thank you!
