A great gym that is clean and has fantastic equipment.  The gym has a very friendly atmosphere and importantly, as a woman, is not intimidating.  The coaches and trainers are top-rate and I can see and feel the difference in my strength and energy levels.

Love Natural Strength gym.  The gym is clean and equipment is sophisticated to work all the muscular groups.  It's friendly and not at all 'blokey' so it's a pleasure to work-out this gym.

Joe is pretty much unique - he's personable, knowledgeable, focussed, and keeps the sessions interesting and fun, and challenging as needed.
His gym is very well equipped to suit whatever level you might need. Joe makes sure we are getting results, and being an older couple we can see the results when we spend time with our grandkids yet now have more energy and strength to keep up with them.
Go to Joe ! It's worth it.

The personal trainer Joe is great.  He answers all questions with such knowledge and explains the benefit of carrying out certain exercises when using weights, such as leg and knee stabilization,  strength and balance of the body.  Very important as I age.
I also have a good laugh and just love the 'feel' of Natural Strength gym and I'm nearly 70 years old.

I enjoy the weekly p/t sessions with Joe.  Joe knows my maximum capacity of weights and I'm surprised at how much my muscle strength has increased.
