Claire has an in depth knowledge and skilfull hands. She can feel, diagnose and treat injury sites, sporting aches, and tight areas wherever they are with incredible precision. Claire loosened areas for me today and also has been giving me some work I could do between sessions which has been helping too. Cannot recommend her highly enough! 10/10 service as always!

I had my first ever MLD massage today with the lovely Claire. She explained everything in great detail before we started and gave me lots of ideas of how to manage things myself. She has a beautiful, healing touch and her depth of knowledge comes through easily with warmth.
