It's always pleasant. My only concern is the time under the drier. I do not like the heat. 

Excellent as usual .Customer service is very good.

Impeccable customer service. We started off a bit late as a previous clients appointment overlapped into mine, however that minor set back went through the door as soon as Shev' started gettin what she does so naturally. Not only did she give sound advice and "accomplished the task so well", she did everything with care and you could feel the passion.
 I cant wait to go back!

I love that she made conversation with me and told me the best way to handle my own hair. She was gentle and I loved the service. 

Hair is washed with a sulphate free moisturizing conditioner after which a moisture intense deep conditioning mask applied with head for 15mins. Hair is then rinsed moisturized and style with gel to enhance curls natural pattern. A hooded dryer and/or diffuser is used to set and dry curls for lasting effect

* a consultation to assess and discuss your hairs current state, your goals and a plans to achieve them. This varies from client to client.
