Easy to make an appointment with helpful email confirmation and reminder. The salon is comfortable and clean. Tracey and Michelle very friendly and helpful. Tracey knows her stuff. She gave me a great haircut and colour. Definitely would recommend her service.

10/10 will always recommend to a friend. As a girlie with thick long hair i usually estimate doing braids for like 10 hours minimum (I wish i was joking) since going to pro radiance beauty I've spent at most 5hrs and thats just because i don't like leaving immediately cause of the wet hair. Their customer is top tier, always responds to messages fast and when u go to the salon its a comfortable experience you feel like you are at the spa. Worth every penny and you'll always come out loving your new look.
