Tentang
At It’s Just A Thought, I’ve created a calm, supportive space where people feel heard, understood, and cared for. With many years of experience in mental health, my approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and personalised to each individual. Every session is unhurried and respectful, focused on supporting wellbeing, self-awareness, and meaningful personal growth in a safe, trusting environment.
