The ladies were very friendly and welcoming. I had not stated what treatment I wanted using the booking system with a voucher I had received as a gift. They thought I was having a massage but I actually wanted my nails done. The ladies accommodated my wishes without any hesitation and I can’t thank them all enough! I would highly recommend them.

Fabulous as always! Love coming to Park West. The staff feel like friends, and are always so welcoming. I've had numerous treatments, in different salons but yet to find anyone who is as good as Jocelyn at massage. She is fabulous at her job and her customer service skills are first class.
