As a loyal customer since 2018, I am hesitant to return. While the trainee was very lovely , she was left unsupervised to do the blow dry while the senior stylist clearly got herself ready to go out. The result wasn't sleek, requiring me to redo it at home for a second time (this happened last time too). Because of this, I felt I couldn’t leave a tip which I felt so bad about.

Shelana was LOVELY! I always love going to Glasshouse Salon, wonderful ambience and love their products. Shelana was very nice and helped me do a slightly more unusual colour for me and it came out great - I’ve had so many compliments!
