I was 8 minutes behind my appointment time. The lady literally put cooling jell on my face glided the wand over my cheeks upper lip lower lip chin in just 3 or less minutes told me to clean n wipe gel off apply sunscreen myself done! Less then 3 minutes! Unbelievable extremely disappointing. Never got treatment like this before. It better work n payoff the amount I spent!
