Apple Lodge Therapies luxury holistic facial is a treatment designed to improve the appearance, condition and function of your skin, as well as providing overall relaxation & balance for the whole body.

Using clinically proven and award winning products from Neals Yard Remedies you will experience a double cleanse, tone and deep exfoliation. A combination of pressure point massage to lift and drain with warm compresses after a mask application helps to detoxify and reveal fresh radiant skin. 

Neal’s Yard Luxury Holistic Facial

This is a group booking for a maximum of six people. 

The process involves the gentle insertion of up to five fine, single use, steralised, stainless steel disposable needles into specific energetic points in the outer ear. No electrical stimulation is used.

The five ear points:

(1)  Sympathetic – calms the nervous system and helps with overall relaxation.

(2)  Shen Men / “Spirit Gate” – reduces anxiety and nervousness.

(3)  Kidney Point – for calming fears and healing internal organs.

(4)  Liver Point – for detoxification, blood purification, and to quell aggression.

(5)  Lung Point – promotes aeration and helps clients let go of grief.

The NADA-system is most suited to group settings. An NADA Practioner will insert up to five needles in each ear for up to 45 minutes while clients sit in a relaxed atmosphere. During this time the client may fall asleep, experience a meditative state or just feel calm and relaxed.

If you have an ongoing pain issue and you are a new client to Apple Lodge Therapies this is the service you will need to book in for. A full consultation will be carried out which can take up to 40 minutes. You will receive a 45 minute hands on treatment and a treatment plan will be discussed. For best results, usually a minimum of 6 weekly sessions are advised to reduce pain & increase ROM. Reductions for block payments are available. If you are unsure please call for a free telephone consultation. With most conditions you will see a change around week 3. 

Initial orthopaedic assessment, outcome-based consultation & first clinical treatment 

This is a method of massage therapy that creatively combines and applies a range of advanced techniques to manipulate the soft tissues of the body - muscles, ligaments and tendons to achieve outcome based results. The source of pain is addressed slowly and sensitively, working with the patient who is always in control.
