A Holistic Remedial Massage is a therapeutic treatment that combines the clinical focus of remedial massage with a whole-body, whole-person approach to wellbeing. It aims not only to relieve physical tension and pain but also to restore balance to the mind and body.

During the session, therapist will assess areas of muscle imbalance, tightness, and restriction, using a range of techniques such as deep tissue work, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, and gentle relaxation methods.
