With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to one future appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, or arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in the loss of your deposit. • For mobile appointments, please ensure someone is available and there is enough space for the treatment to be carried out safely.
