Maria is just lovely and explains everything she is going to do. She checks with you regarding colour and shape of brows. Explains a Lash Lift and Tint. The whole process went so quickly I fell asleep. No sting or discomfort. Relaxing music AND a perfect result. I couldn't be happier.
