Everything from making the appointment to check in to consulting with Suzi and my excellent cut and color was smooth and perfect. This was my first hair color and cut with Suzi and she really took her time to hear what I was thinking, share what and why she made suggestions, and executed on what I envisioned perfectly. The salon is laid out nicely. Lots of space (not rows of chairs crammed together) and tastefully decorated. Everyone makes you feel welcome and special.
