I had the most amazing experience at Flutter Lash Extensions and Brows. The service was incredibly professional and friendly from start to finish, and the quality of the work is absolutely outstanding. My lashes look spectacular and my brows have never looked better! The atmosphere was beautiful and so relaxing—I actually fell asleep during the appointment, which says everything. I’ve already booked my next visit and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend—10/10, 5 stars all the way! ✨

Katie is an absolute gem! I went in for a facial, lash lift & tint, and brow wax, and honestly, I felt so looked after the whole time. She’s warm, chatty, and really knows her stuff – I could tell she genuinely cares about getting it right. My skin feels fresh and glowing, my lashes look amazing (I can’t stop staring!), and my brows are exactly how I wanted them. I left feeling like a new person - it’s the kinda pampering everyone loves and needs. 🥰

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend her enough! I’m always so happy with my brows, Korean lash lifts, and facials. She is incredibly talented, professional, and has an amazing eye for detail. My brows and lashes always look beautiful, and since getting regular facials, my skin has improved so much—it’s clearer, healthier, and glowing. I always leave feeling confident and refreshed. byKT was amazing, she is very professional and knowledgeable in her craft. I had an eyebrow wax and tint and lash lift which she did seemlesly, it highlighted my eyes and brows for a very natural and beautiful look. I would highly recommend byKT to anyone.

The Owner Bek and Lucy have been a complete joy to deal with. Very happy with both appointments that I've had so far. Have rebooked again as the treatment I had today was just devine. The colour correction I had with Bek made such a massive impact on my mental health and the conditioning treatment I had today with Lucy have reignited my love for my hair. I went to Katie for a lash lift and tint, she did a wonderful job. I'm very happy with how my lashes turned out. She was friendly and her studio was nice, bright and clean. Will definitely be going back for other services xxx

Lovely parten foils freshen up for Christmas. Sunnie was amazing, done a great job! Loved the cooling eye mask whilst I was at the basin! Great blowdry and finish! Thanks again & Merry Christmas to all the Girls at both Redland Bay and Thornlands! Enjoy your well earned break!

I have a complicated asymmetrical bob style with a lot of layers in the back to give it volume. Lucy not only got the shape exactly as I wanted it but also styled it afterward so I left the salon feeling like a million dollars. Lots of compliments from family and friends who have seen my hair afterward.

My Microdermabrasion facial with Katie was absolutely incredible! My skin felt amazing and had a beautiful glow. I've also had my brows and lashes tinted by her multiple times, and they always look perfect. Katie is so talented and a true pro! I highly recommend her.
