Katie is an absolute gem! I went in for a facial, lash lift & tint, and brow wax, and honestly, I felt so looked after the whole time. She’s warm, chatty, and really knows her stuff – I could tell she genuinely cares about getting it right. My skin feels fresh and glowing, my lashes look amazing (I can’t stop staring!), and my brows are exactly how I wanted them. I left feeling like a new person - it’s the kinda pampering everyone loves and needs. 🥰

byKT was amazing, she is very professional and knowledgeable in her craft. I had an eyebrow wax and tint and lash lift which she did seemlesly, it highlighted my eyes and brows for a very natural and beautiful look. I would highly recommend byKT to anyone.

The Owner Bek and Lucy have been a complete joy to deal with. Very happy with both appointments that I've had so far. Have rebooked again as the treatment I had today was just devine. The colour correction I had with Bek made such a massive impact on my mental health and the conditioning treatment I had today with Lucy have reignited my love for my hair. It was very helpful to me to learn that there is other options to achieving the skin I want as the microdermabrasion wasn’t 100% successful. It did improve the feel of my face skin but not the pores disappointingly.
