I had Tara do my appointments today! In the last 6 weeks iv had my lash’s done through Browco Erina roughly 6 times each time by a different lashtichian they kept falling out and I wasn’t happy with how they turned out each time but this time I was extremely impressed by Tara’s work she was professional and made me feel extremely comfortable she is a asset to your team and her hard work and dedication to her job shows she should be praised for this and I will keep coming back to see Tara and only Tara thanku for such a positive experience today :)

I absolutely love Arsh's work! She is incredibly skilled at what she does. The entire process was completely comfortable with no stinging whatsoever, and my lashes look so pretty and perfectly natural. I couldn't be happier! To top it off, the retention is amazing my lashes lasted a full 4 weeks before I even needed an infill, completely skipping my usual two-week appointment. Highly recommend ☺️☺️☺️

I always have a wonderful experience when I come to see the girls at BrowCo Erina. Grace, the manager, is always an incredibly warm but professional presence and does an amazing job on my lashes. I watched the girls deal with a particularly awful customer prior to my appointment and they handled it with grace, despite how nasty these people were being. They deserve props for how well they managed the situation and how polite and respectful they were in the face of people being purposefully disrespectful.

I got my brows waxed and a lash lift. The brows turned out perfect, however the lash lift experience was quite strange. It took the beauty master 4 tries to get the lashes lifted. The did turn out looking good though

Brilliant experience. I am so happy with my brows and lashes. Honestly this was the best lash lift I have had in over a decade. My technician was so lovely and talented and it was a relaxing experience. Definitely recommend and will rebook!

Grace did a beautiful job! I have been getting lash extensions on and off for close to 8 years now and she gave me exactly what I wanted at my new full set appointment, the second I sat up I was in love. She was extremely pleasant and very gentle through out the whole appointment, I will definitely be back!

I have had my eyelash extensions and infills done by both Amelia and Tara and they have both done fantastic jobs so I will be continuing have my eyelashes done at Erin’s BrowCo

Put out by only given an hour and a half notice of inability to fulfill my 9 AM appointment so had to ring my appointment for the following day other than that my full lash set appointment went very well so far. I’ve been happy with the result although I do think a lot of blushes has fallen out and there may not be enough glue being used, but I’ll get back to you after my first infield other than that the girls were very polite. They tried to do their best to loop out the appointment time and I suppose you can’t help it if your staff r sick that day ,very inconvenient.

Absolutely amazing service! My waxing was quick and gentle, and the results are flawless. I also had an eyelash tint, and I’m so impressed — my lashes look dark, defined, and natural without any mascara. The staff were professional, friendly, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend to anyone looking for quality treatments!
