I had a wonderful remedial massage with Any yesterday. It was not my first, I've seen Amy before ... and won't be my last. Amy knows my sore areas, mainly neck and shoulders. She also knows I prefer very firm pressure to release the tension. She is wonderful in adding some hot stones to it too. I always love to finish with a little foot massage, as I'm a Reflexologist, and Amy listened to my need for it to be gentle. I would highly recommend both Amy & James. They are both very professional & friendly.

Good massage, clean space, hot towel and wiped oil off at end of session. Was one of the more interesting massages I’ve had, but enjoyable.

Prior to my massage I had severe neck pain and migraines and nausea. I booked in with Amy from A1 Massage, and she was really lovely, thorough, and asked me how she could help and to explain the pain. I had a 1 hour remedial massage which was so lovely and relaxing, one of the best massages I have ever had, I immediately felt relief and have gained back 70% mobility since, I could not move my neck at all before. She did head, back, arms, neck all in 1 hour with care and you could feel the years of experience she had. I recommend this massage parlour 100% they are amazing.

I had tye best massage today & suoer grateful to Cara because she returned my AirPods that I honestly thought I have lost in my uber ride or the previous place I went to. My therapist Lily as well made sure my back which was always tight when stressed/ tired got fixed before I left the place. Will be back for sure. Highly recommended 100%%%

Normally go to Lakeside for my massages but not anymore. This place is amazing. Small details like heated sturdy, wider, massage tables and warmed oil. Bt was great. Her pressure and pace gave a super relaxing massage. Thank you, ill definitely be back.

Sonam was amazing. I had a reflexology and head massage done and it was bliss. I know the reflexology is not always bliss during the treatment, but it was bliss afterwards. Thanks Sonam I will return again soon.

Excellent massage. I had the full body deep tissue and the masseuse had great strength to get into the tight muscles. Provided instant relief to my legs which were very sore going into it. Would 100% recommend.

fantasitc gua sha i had with Li. she can do very hard massages 10/10 cant thank her enough i can move my arm now because she is the only person who can actually get into the muscles. Fantastic team here they may not all speak fluent english but they know what to do and basic words. highly recomend to anyone who has problems with getting knotts out and that you actually feel a difference after a massage.

I suffer with terrible tension headaches. Linh is fantastic at pin pointing the right location and working on the knots. I always feel so much better after my massage. Would definitely recommend Linh for deep tissue massages. Thanks Linh, from Laura.
