Prior to my massage I had severe neck pain and migraines and nausea. I booked in with Amy from A1 Massage, and she was really lovely, thorough, and asked me how she could help and to explain the pain. I had a 1 hour remedial massage which was so lovely and relaxing, one of the best massages I have ever had, I immediately felt relief and have gained back 70% mobility since, I could not move my neck at all before. She did head, back, arms, neck all in 1 hour with care and you could feel the years of experience she had. I recommend this massage parlour 100% they are amazing.

The first appt I booked with Chloe was a full leg wax and lash lift and tint - great service, friendly therapist and relaxing ambiance. I have just finished a pamper session (massage and facial) and both were delightful!! Definitely my new go to for self care 🫶🏻

It was my first time at A1 today & I had the most relaxing hot stone massage done by a lovely lady called Jessica. The staff were both friendly & welcoming, and the whole experience was just perfect to be able to shut yourself off for a while & completely relax…I’ll definitely be back.

Normally go to Lakeside for my massages but not anymore. This place is amazing. Small details like heated sturdy, wider, massage tables and warmed oil. Bt was great. Her pressure and pace gave a super relaxing massage. Thank you, ill definitely be back.

My partner and I had an amazing massage here! We didn’t realise it was inside the shopping centre, so I was worried the noise from shops, people and trolleys would ruin the experience. But the moment the massage started, I completely zoned out. The massage was professional, high quality and incredibly relaxing. The heated beds were such a nice touch. We both left feeling so relaxed, refreshed and with our bodies feeling loose. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back!
