First time to avail picosure. I don’t like the feeling of pain and warmth despite the numbness creating m. Hoping for the positive result so pain will be worth it. Hoping that every staff will explain every step of the procedure to make their customers more at ease and informed.

Dr T, Is the OG when it comes to Acupuncture, I walked in with so much pain and today I have at least 95% of my movement back due to a pinched nerve. Just book an appointment and feel the difference!

My 30min lymphatic drainage massage with Minori was super relaxing; she has a gentle touch like soft clouds and she accomplished all the areas I asked her to focus on within the 30mins which can feel like not enough time if you’re used to doing it for an hour. I enjoyed my session as usual at Zen Massages in St Leonards :)

Highly recommended! Dr Michael Liang treated my mum for back pain, and his care was outstanding. He is incredibly thorough and caring. Instead of just focusing on her pain, he took a holistic approach, asking about her general health, sleep, appetite, and exercise. Mum was quite nervous about being in a new environment, but his gentle and friendly manner helped her relax completely. This made her acupuncture and massage much more comfortable and highly effective. We are so grateful!

Ive had Acunpunture in Sydney from 3 different practitioners since the 1980's for lower back pain and general health.I've found Ping in Crows Nest too be the best by far....and continue regular visits to her today for general health.

I had initial appointment and treatment with Joy to address some sports-related shoulder injuries through acupuncture. The assessment itself was so comprehensive and she took the extra time to explain everything to me as I was quite inquisitive about the holistic practices. My body felt very loose and much more relaxed after the dry needling and we chatted about other things that have been causing me issues for future appointments. Super clean and friendly environment and would definitely recommend.

Thomas is a great acupuncturist! He’s been our family doctor for 8+ years and helped us many times with emergency back pain and all sorts of body pain due to stiff muscles or nervous tension. I always feel calm, centered and refreshed after the sessions! Thomas knows how to return balance to the body via Accupunture. Highly recommend to anyone who prioritises health and well-being!

I didn't think I would ever describe someone who sticks needles into my back as kind and considerate, but they are the exact right words to describe Thomas. He is very (very) patient with me and has amazingly given me movement back into my shoulder which has been in incredible pain for over a year after a car accident. I have tried physio and traditional medicines but they didn't help much and I thought the pain was here to stay for good, but acupuncture is helping so, so much! I don't know how it works, but it works!! Highly recommend Thomas to anyone thinking about trying acupuncture.
