I had initial appointment and treatment with Joy to address some sports-related shoulder injuries through acupuncture. The assessment itself was so comprehensive and she took the extra time to explain everything to me as I was quite inquisitive about the holistic practices. My body felt very loose and much more relaxed after the dry needling and we chatted about other things that have been causing me issues for future appointments. Super clean and friendly environment and would definitely recommend.

Ive had Acunpunture in Sydney from 3 different practitioners since the 1980's for lower back pain and general health.I've found Ping in Crows Nest too be the best by far....and continue regular visits to her today for general health.

Thomas is a great acupuncturist! He’s been our family doctor for 8+ years and helped us many times with emergency back pain and all sorts of body pain due to stiff muscles or nervous tension.
