These guys are probably some of the most knowledgeable in the game. JFLo and Mike are great at helping you pinpoint the cause of your aches and pains and not only do the soft tissue work to alleviate you, but they give you homework so you can continue the recovery between visits. I’ll always give them a 10/10

My husband and I booked 90-minute massages plus a one-hour foot reflexology session at Healing and Massage Spa, and it was absolutely amazing. He got the deep tissue massage and said the pressure was perfect — firm, thorough, and exactly what his tight muscles needed. I chose the Swedish massage, and it was so relaxing and smooth. I felt completely comfortable and stress-free the entire time. The foot reflexology was next-level. After being on our feet all the time, that extra hour focused just on our feet felt incredible.

I had an amazing full body massage at Healing and Massage Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. My massage therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure to focus on the areas where I was holding the most tension. The pressure was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. You can truly tell they care about their clients and take pride in their work. Mikey is always awesome! I my pains and stiffness instantly go away after 1 session. Very knowledgeable and helpful and will give you exercises and stretches to help prevent future injuries.

My hubby and I went for my birthday and we did the ultimate package. We had an amazing time. The massages were great the facial, body scrub and sauna. I would definitely recommend then and looking forward to go back again.

The massage was excellent. My therapist really took her time and worked out some crazy knots I’ve had in my back forever! She took the full hour and a half and didn’t skimp me a minute! Would definitely go back!

Mike’s work is magical. I’ve been doing sessions with him for a month now and I never felt so relief from the tension accumulated between work and training. Mike is knowledgeable/well-experienced in his field and he is also puntual and professional. I highly recommend him/Nexus.

Kelley and Michael were so good, I am so happy I found this place. I am a hairstylist, on my feet 10+ hours a day . I walked in there in a lot of pain, had a 2 hr full body & foot massage, and left feeling complete relief. . The facility is clean & very inviting. Will be back at least once or twice a month.
