My first time at Barefoot. Came with severe neck pain. Adam explained what the massage would look like and asked several times if I am doing well and if the pressure is ok for me. I definitely felt less tense and relaxed after the massage. Thank you Adam! Also, even the studio was hard to find with Google maps, the interior is very tasteful, a little oase. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends

Sarah is the only massage therapist I go to! She's seriously the best - skilled in her practice, as well as authentic and kind. Sarah has built a beautiful and inspiring space I always look forward to visiting!

Julia is a very experienced massage therapist! She has a technique for getting to the tight or knotted muscles and finding the problem with such ease, she has perfect pressure, not too much but just right and I’m not sore after a massage from her. She’s so very very good! Professional, caring, and a sweet person. She responds quickly to bookings and emails which I appreciate it! She’s the best!

I have been seeing Sarah for I think a year now. She moved from her prior location to her own studio. I am glad I followed her as she is great Massage Therapist and teacher of her craft. I would totally recommend her.
