My first time at Barefoot. Came with severe neck pain. Adam explained what the massage would look like and asked several times if I am doing well and if the pressure is ok for me. I definitely felt less tense and relaxed after the massage. Thank you Adam! Also, even the studio was hard to find with Google maps, the interior is very tasteful, a little oase. Definitely will come back and recommend to my friends

She has a technique for getting to the tight or knotted muscles and finding the problem with such ease, she has perfect pressure, not too much but just right and I’m not sore after a massage from her.
