I've had several treatments with Mayumi, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. Her treatment is gentle yet very effective, and I always leave feeling much lighter, more relaxed, and better balanced. Mayumi is very experienced, caring, and always takes the time to understand what my body needs. If you're looking for authentic Japanese Seitai in Sydney, I highly recommend Mayumi. She creates a welcoming and relaxing environment, and I always feel well looked after.

I had such a relaxing massage with Kii. She has incredibly firm, skilled hands and gave one of the best lymphatic facial massages I’ve ever had. It was so soothing that I kept drifting off to sleep throughout the treatment, which almost never happens to me! She was gentle, professional, and made the whole experience feel so calming. I get regular facials all over the world. And my facial at Nabea was one of the best by far! I asked for a sculpting style facial and received such thorough treatment and attention to detail. As well as a foot, hand and head massage too! Increase value for money. Would recommend anyone visiting Sydney. Plus the spa has a wonderful feel and atmosphere!

I have been cared for by Tiffany for a few years now. She has been marvellous. My overall health has improved and the specific issues I have had have been readily resolved by her. She has aided my damaged shoulder, improved blood circulation and helped my digestive system. She is very good at zooming in on the core problem and fixing it with her special hands. Tiffany is an expert in her field - better than the many thousand others in Sydney. She is a very caring and reliable person. I am honoured to have had her as my masseuse.

One of the most comfortable massages I have had! Hanna was very accommodating of my needs and would keep checking up on me to make sure I was ok with the pressure! If I wasn't she made sure she heeded my request to go a bit lighter! My back feels a lot more lighter because of her work and I definitely was relaxed for the entire treatment! The price was a huge factor in trying out this 1hr package! Would highly recommend this if you are a local in the area or someone travelling from another part of Sydney.

I finally made my booking & visit at NAP Head Spa. I must say it's all worth it! From the moment I enter the door, I can feel the positive energy of the place. It was by far the best massage I have ever experience in a long time. Far was tiny yet she has a very strong but gentle hand. The whole process was so relaxing & calm ( I think I fell asleep half of the time). I will definitely come back & highly, highly recommended! Great service !

Wayne is a gem! He is highly skilled in his craft. He is meticulous and thorough in determining the root cause of my pain and treating it using a combination of massage, cupping and needling. I recommend Wayne to anyone experiencing back pain or other soreness. I feel more benefit from 2 sessions with Wayne than 10 sessions with a chiropractor. I will definitely be back to see Wayne when I come back to Sydney. Thank you mate....you're a good soul.

June is honestly one of the best massage therapists I’ve been to. Many places just follow the same routine, but June’s style is completely different. She takes the time to understand where the tension is and adjusts her technique based on what your body actually needs. I felt so much better after the session — relaxed, lighter, and stress-free. I had a fantastic massage with Paloma. She has a great technique and uses her thumbs really effectively to target tight muscles and relieve tension. The pressure was just right, and the entire massage was both comfortable and incredibly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much looser than when I arrived. Highly recommend Paloma if you're looking for a skilled and professional massage therapist.
