My approach to healing is rooted in science-backed knowledge and intuitive care. I believe that healing isn’t transactional, it’s relational. It’s about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves and their body, to regulate, to breathe.

Paloma was amazing, it was just the right amount of pressure and she released lots of the existing tensions in my body. I will be rebooking very soon. I highly recommend both Tess and Paula, you won’t be disappointed!
