Je recommande cet institut les yeux fermés ! J’ai profité d’un massage relaxant d’1h30 et ce fut un véritable moment de bien-être. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, l’ambiance apaisante et le professionnalisme de la praticienne. Ce massage m’a profondément détendue et m’a permis de relâcher toutes les tensions. Je suis ressortie complètement relaxée et ressourcée. Un grand merci pour cette magnifique expérience, je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

J'ai offert trois cartes cadeaux à trois personnes différentes, et les trois sont revenues enchantées ! Elles m'ont toutes dit qu'elles avaient passé un super moment, qu'elles s'étaient vraiment détendues et qu'elles étaient ressorties complètement apaisées. Had a great experience at Aya Wellness today. Golf was amazing, really attentive and knew exactly how to work out the tension. The place is clean, relaxing, modern and professional. Left feeling so much better. Highly recommend!

J'ai testé un massage californien dans ce salon de massage bien-être et j'ai adoré. Les gestes sont doux, les huiles de massage sentent bon et la musique zen aide à lâcher prise. Tout est pensé pour offrir un vrai moment de relaxation. Je suis ressortie totalement détendue, comme si tout mon stress s'était envolé. Je recommande ce salon de massage sans hésiter et je reviendrai avec plaisir découvrir les autres massages. Merci pour ce beau moment de bien-être !

Axelle est ma première expérience massage, parce que je n’avais jamais vraiment osé ni peut être eu le besoin avant. Et je suis vraiment contente qu’elle ai été la personne à m’avoir fait découvrir sa passion et profession. Elle est très douce et attentionnée et l’énergie qu’elle transmet pendant ses soins nous détends et apaise profondément. Au delà d’être vraiment détendue, c’est réellement un espace de bienveillance et de bien-être. Son cocon invite à la relaxation dans une ambiance choisie avec soins et justesse. Je suis heureuse d’avoir osé la découverte et reviendrai avec plaisir 🙏🏻✨🫶🏻

Wonderful experience having my first Ayurvedic massage with Irina. She very calmly and patiently explained the process and the philosophy of Ayurveda, and helped find the appropriate oil for my body. I will definitely be back and be recommending Irina to my friends in York and visitors.

Ieri ho trascorso assieme a mia moglie alcune ore di puro relax presso La Blanca Resort. Il percorso SPA è curato, rilassante e ben organizzato, con ambienti eleganti e molto accoglienti. Il massaggio svedese è stato eccellente: professionale, rigenerante e perfetto per sciogliere le tensioni. Un ringraziamento speciale allo staff, sempre gentile e attento. Un’esperienza davvero piacevole che consiglio a chiunque voglia concedersi un momento di benessere.

Excellent massage specially the dry Thai stretching one that really sorted by back and balance. My friend did the aromatherapy and she enjoyed it too. Its a bit basic looking and needs upgrade but I would really recommed this place.

Una experiencia absolutamente maravillosa. ❤️ Salí del Head Spa con una sensación de relajación que hacía años que no conseguía sentir. Quiero destacar especialmente el trabajo de Mari Ángeles, que fue espectacular. Se nota el cuidado, la dedicación y el mimo que pone en cada paso. Todo el tratamiento está pensado para desconectar de verdad y dejarte completamente relajada. Hacía muchísimo tiempo que no conseguía desconectar así, tanto física como mentalmente. Salí renovada, con una sensación de bienestar increíble.
