The entire team at Shine On exceeded expectations. I don’t know thst I’ve had a salon experience in Chicago where I felt I was actually being listened to when explaining what I’m looking for. Noah took the time to explain what he was doing, including what I could expect two and three cuts out. I had eyebrow threading done with Weronicka and she too was amazing. Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! I had a great experience with eyebrow lamination and facial hair removal here. My brows turned out beautifully full, fluffy, and perfectly shaped without looking overdone. The technician really took the time to understand the look I wanted and executed it flawlessly. I also had chin and upper lip hair removal done, and it was quick, gentle, and very precise. The process was much more comfortable than I expected, and my skin felt smooth with minimal irritation afterward. Overall, the service was professional, clean, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Diana.
