Sian always makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable, which is no small thing when you’re having an intimate wax,full leg wax and under arm .She’s so friendly and easy to chat to, which instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism really stands out — everything is done with care and attention to detail, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ experience. Obsesssssed with my brows. I'm very fussy with them, and having old microblading makes it harder. Not an issue here though! Clo was lovely, we had a good discussion at the start about my concerns and expectations, and she even mapped everything out so I could see the vision. I'm very happy and will definitely be back!
