Luke took the time to ask what I was looking for and talked through the shape before starting, which I really appreciated. Yes I was one of those dreaded clients who had been doing their own eyebrows for quite some time. But I bit the bullet and booked in with Laura for a wax and tint and I’m so glad I did. From the start of the appointment I felt very at ease and comfortable chatting away and Laura made sure she asked exactly what I wanted and I finally feel like I’ve actually got a decent set of eyebrows again after doing them so long myself. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
