From the patch test to the actual appointment Ella was amazing she listened to how I wanted the shape and colour of my brows . She matched the colour to my roots to give a more natrual look . Hristina was very welcoming at my initial consultation and quickly allayed any fears I had by answering all my questions patiently and talking me through the process from start to finish. The subsequent treatment (eyebrow microblading) whilst not exactly painless, was bearable and infinitely better once the numbing gel was applied! She took innumerable measurements, checking,double checking and then checking again just to get the shape exact. All in all I felt very confident with her expertise and her professionalism.
