Charlotte is always so informative and provides a guide about the after care too which is really helpful. Another amazing Genie and Facial with Vena. This package also includes a head and shoulder massage along with a hand and arm massage. It is so so good. I can see the difference in my facial muscles which are toning up nicely. The facial and massages are so good you just dont want them to end. This is my treat about loving myself. Vena is absolutely fantastic, I also have Reiki with her along with having my eyebrows waxed and coloured. I cannot recommend Vena who owns Purity enough. She is so knowledgeable often passing on really helpful tips on various things to do with health and mindfulness

Had a back wax with Ruby and it was great, no wax residue left from the wax which I’ve had at other salons in past, my back is nice and smooth. Definitely highly recommended and will be having my waxing done at Studio 28 in the future going forward.
