Made to feel very welcome and at ease. I then had back, shoulder and neck massage which was fantastic just the right amount of pressure, I had this combined with a facial and Indian head massage OMG this was so relaxing the whole experience was amazing. I’ve just had the most beautiful treatment “Grounding Like A Tree” this was so very needed, I instantly felt completely relaxed in Heathers room and drifted into deep, tranquil, peace. I highly recommend this grounding treatment to anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed with life right now. I loved the meditation to start, the reflexology and finishing with Reiki, even though I was asleep for most of it, I was still aware of my surroundings. My mind switched off and it hasn’t for months, thank you so so much Heather 💜
