Krissy is an incredibly kind and compassionate person and the care I have received with her has been amazing. She has such a wealth of knowledge and skill and truly cares about her clients health and wellbeing. This is the first time I’ve had reflexology and I don’t think I’ve experienced something quite so relaxing before! On top of that, I have already had some positive changes! Krissy truly goes the extra mile for her clients which can be something that’s hard to find. I can’t sing her praises enough :)

I had my first session of duopody reflexology and my feet feel incredible. Krissy helped me feel very safe and comfortable in her calming space and the reflexology has removed a lot of tension in my feet that I didn’t know I was carrying. I’d chosen to try reflexology to help with my long term stress/ anxiety and panic and I left feeling relaxed and my feet feeling soft and grounded. Will definately be returning. Thank you Krissy!

I’ve just had the most beautiful treatment “Grounding Like A Tree” this was so very needed, I instantly felt completely relaxed in Heathers room and drifted into deep, tranquil, peace. I highly recommend this grounding treatment to anyone who is feeling a little overwhelmed with life right now. I loved the meditation to start, the reflexology and finishing with Reiki, even though I was asleep for most of it, I was still aware of my surroundings. My mind switched off and it hasn’t for months, thank you so so much Heather 💜

A very delightful lady, it was lovely to relax in a calming room having reflexology I experienced colours which delighted Hannah who then went onto explaining the meaning of each colour It was Very interesting Thank you

Absolutely AMAZING.... got so relaxed, and as normal right near the end I fell asleep.... Krispy is so clever at finding new things to keep it with my body problems, and helpful with other ideas to help my body and mind... I would soo highly recommend Krissy for reflexology, im also going to ask her for some rekie soon, and ger prices are very reasonable, she has a little reduction for January and February.....

I had my first reflexology session with Krissy today and it was wonderful! I’d not heard of Duopody before, let alone had a session! I was trying to stay very present and enjoy every bit of it, but I did hear myself snore at one point, it was so relaxing! I thoroughly recommend Krissy and her treatments, she’s amazing!
