Best Reflexology Massages near me in Newtown, Poole

I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Oh my goodness! I’ve been seeing Carmen for reflexology for many years and have always had fantastically beneficial sessions. This last visit is so worthy of a review. I went in to the appointment feeling stressed about workload, not enough hours in the day, time management etc. When I came out I felt like I was walking on a cloud and nothing actually mattered - relaxation had certainly resumed. Carmen works magic!

Always a great experience, especially the reflexology and reiki I had today, as it helps my PCOS symptoms and stress levels immensely. I find that booking these treatments when I do, generally every couple of weeks, works really well, particularly if you have quite a stressful lifestyle or things have happened recently, as the grounding really helps. Value for money! 😃

A great experience as always! As a PCOS sufferer, the treatments that Sarah provides to help me manage some of the symptoms of this condition, namely reflexology, reiki and IPL laser hair removal, are amazing & highly recommended! Sarah is very attentive and her calm nature makes you feel very relaxed from the moment you step into the beautiful cabin. The hot stone massage was amazing it was my first time and I felt aches melt away. You can tell Sarah is very passionate about her skill as it wasn’t rushed at all and so calming. I tried reflexology for the first time & I’ll be the first to admit I was dreading it but I loved it!!! What Sarah could tell me at the end is extraordinary and extremely helpful. I've been having reflexology and massage therapies for the last decade due to managing long term illnesses. I started seeing Sarah at the end of last year and immediately I could tell, she genuinely loves what she does. She has a warm smile and a personality to match and she has such a lovely relaxing space. I've now had several sessions including massage, reflexology and a gel pedicure. I've loved every single one. My favourite is the massage and reflexology combination which I had today and just about to book in my next one, as Sarah is just fabulous!

I have been seeing Sarah for 10 years and she does reflexology on me with her "magic" hands. I am a disabled w/chair user and Sarah has really made a difference to my circulation, aches and pains, digestive problems and of course her sparkling, positive and caring energy is great for my mental health.
