Absolutely fantastic. I cannot stress enough how amazing I have felt since my treatment and I will be recommending you and your services to everybody I meet. It was welcoming and comfortable upon arrival, especially as it’s something I’ve never done before. Full of scepticism to start but left a complete convert 50 minutes later. Lovely set up to complement a brilliant experience. Keep doing what you’re doing because you’re doing it right. Every treatment I have at Enerchi is always a true joy and a real treat. I was running 5 minutes late and flustered but the staff always make you feel so calm and are always kind. Each treatment always feels ‘above and beyond’ and very good value. Similarly they always try and fit me in for an appointment if I call up at short notice too. Final shout out for the stunning window displays all year round! It’s a real precious haven in Penarth.

I have been going to Ener-Chi in Penarth for just over a year and every beauty therapist that I have seen has done a great job. Today, Eloise tinted my eyebrows and eyelashes. She always listens to what I want and is gentle with removing the tint so my eyes don’t sting. Great job and I highly recommend the salon.

Enerchi is always so calm and welcoming! And Jo goes above and beyond to make people feel welcome! And she is always very thorough! I have been seeing Jo for approximately 10 years, and have never had a negative experience! Such a lovely atmosphere here xxxx
