It’s always a pleasure to see Jane, so helpful and it amazes me how spot on she is with her evaluation of my mental and physical state of being at that time of the treatment. Always feel lighter more relaxed and more energised after a treatment, ready to take on world once’s again. X I’d Highly recommend Reflexology for anyone suffering with day today physical or mental pain in their lives … jane has definitely helped me a lot .

Really what I needed after stupid pointless exchange with the ex this morning! Lovely safe inviting treatment room, felt cosy under the blankets. I will be booking a reflexology treatment next month aswell

Jane is so nice and welcoming and really passionate. The reflexology was so amazing and relaxing. I didn’t feel much during the reiki session, but felt so much better after it. I felt much lighter, relaxed and focussed and much easier in the places Jane had identified. Jane is thorough, knowledgeable but above all so caring and nice. I would definitely recommend the Halo to Heel treatment.
