I had 2x recent excellent acupuncture sessions with Dr VJ. He is also skilled in osteopathy and wider traditional Chinese treatments, so I felt I got very well rounded treatment and care. He took time to properly diagnose my issues and even after the first session I felt a noticeable improvement. The staff at Maitri are all lovely and helpful too.

Amazing. I had my usual reflexology which helps me so much with my differing conditions including fibromyalgia. Today I also had a holistic facial, it was beyond amazing, I went with a banging headache blocked sinuses and feeling pretty rough. I I left feeling on cloud 9 10/10 as always

A perfect way to relax! I had the pleasure and indulgence of booking the special 2.5 hr treatment with Kerrie and Alison. Kerry gave me a much needed deep tissue massage, face massage and Alison finished with reflexology. I have to say I went in very tense and left the opposite. I was so relaxed that I actually forgot what relaxed felt like, I came home, drank some water and fell asleep for 1.5 hrs!!! I have booked in for an hour in 4 weeks as it will really help with my muscle tension and tendernes. I would highly recommend Maitri, the staff are amazing, so caring and welcoming.
