Absolutely amazing sports massage of Michael . Ive been in so much pain an now feeling like a weight been lifted off my shoulders he gone to detail on everything that was wrong in diffrent parts of my body an worked on making it better. Not only has he done my sports massage hes gaven me physio I need to work on at home . An will be keep an eye on my progress. 100 percent I would recommend him to everyone. I will be continuing to book him in for future appointments. Thankyou so much . X

I recently had my 5th massage with Amy in as many months From my first visit, Amy expertly diagnosed my specific issues and has gradually adjusted her techniques Each session builds on the last, helping to relieve soreness and improve my flexibility, while also providing mobility & stretching exercises to incorporate into my own routine Amy’s clearly-experienced approach combines relaxation & recovery, making a noticeable difference in my own exercise/training performance & general day-to-day comfort & functionality Professional, Personable & Positive I can’t recommend Amy highly enough!

First time @Absolut and definitely not the last! Was hesitant as some Thai Massage is very rough, this wasn’t! This was very relaxing, the stretching bit was so so nice. I really really enjoyed it. Thank you very much

Wow! What an amazing experience! Shim was so lovely and welcoming. Massage was totally relaxing, Shim is knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Came out floating on air with all the stress and knots released. Also had a fabulous French pedicure. 100% recommend xxxx

Mike is an experienced Sports Massage therapist and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent massage therapy and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He was professional and friendly and I highly recommend him.

Another amazing treatment from Mike today. Not only is he exceptionally knowledgeable, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. His professional approach and expertise were evident throughout the session, which made me feel comfortable at all times The massage itself was incredibly effective, and I could immediately feel the difference Mike also provided helpful advice on stretches and self-care techniques that I could incorporate into my routine.
