Converted to reflexology! This is such a special place. Somewhere I always feel safe and held, which is so important when you’re working on connecting with your body. I’ve loved every treatment I’ve had, but this one might have been my favourite!

Really enjoyed the thai package including full body massage and reflexology. The treatment room was so peaceful, the music, temperature was good. Baboa was very skilled and I felt like I was innexpert hands. Thank you so much for such a zen experience.

i went for reflexology with an open mind see if it would help my aging body (i'm 52) and wow what an experience i was able to bend my knee without pain for first time in forever i can't describe the sensations but it was weirdest experience is all i can say it was amazing i had a session with caroline and rebooked straight away

A beautiful treatment that leaves both your inner and outer goddess glowing. And if you appreciate thoughtful aesthetics, every detail was perfect including the after-treatment tea in a vintage teacup, with wrapped chocolates on the side.

I booked the 60 min float & Swedish massage to help with some aches and tension and to relax on a week off work. The float experience was great, I chose to keep the light on inside which was still low, gentle lighting. It was so relaxing, and felt fantastic to just float, take the weight off and not have any of my body resting against anything but water and be “forced” to relax, distraction free. The massage was absolutely fantastic. Nerissa was brilliant, adapting to what my body needed. I think I’ll finally sleep without shoulder pain tonight. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Natalia explained how to use the Floatation Therapy pod, in reflection I enjoyed the time to connect with myself. All over it was a lovely, relaxing and mindfulness day. I would defiantly go again. Alaine creates the most luxurious feeling at her studio (and at the bothy). From the moment you step in, all of your responsibilities and thoughts melt away and you’re looked after and pampered in every way until the moment you leave the bubble. I had the most relaxing reflexology session and will be booking in again soon.
