Converted to reflexology! This is such a special place. Somewhere I always feel safe and held, which is so important when you’re working on connecting with your body. I’ve loved every treatment I’ve had, but this one might have been my favourite!

A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. My experience at Dragonfly Skin Spa in Leeds city centre was absolutely fantastic. Barbora, the massage therapist, worked wonders on my knots and tension. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa.

I had a full body massage and reflexology. Being a busy mum this was an amazing escape to relax and unwind. Sometimes full body massages can be over all too fast but this was just perfect. I felt revived after my treatment and will definitely be booking again in the future.

I can’t recommend Lucy enough! I had the reflexology and leg massage and everything about it was amazing. Lucy put me at ease straight away, explained the treatment and sought information on what I’d like to get from the session. She then began the treatment with some breathing exercises to help me relax and get the most out of the experience. It was so good that I booked my next appointment there and then!

My reflexology treatment i had yesterday was absolutely wonderful Alison is a super lady, so friendly and comfortable to be around, she is very thorough and professional The room in which the appointments are held is so comfortable and cosy it's easy to relax almost straight away! The mint and bergamot mix that she used on my feet was so lovely I am so looking forward to my next treatment and highly recommend Inner Balance Treat yourself or someone you love or if someone is struggling what to treat you to then book in, you won't regret it! Alison was so good at making me feel at ease on this my first reflexology visit. I was informed in detail, which again was excellent. The experience was one I'm hoping to continue with once I see how the next couple of days go.

I really enjoyed my first reflexology session with Caroline. She talked me through the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions I had.
