Manicure, brow shape and I felt relaxed already. Followed by back neck massage with reflexology. I fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed and relaxed. Debbie’s treatment room is always welcoming, calming candles, music that is calming - add Debbie’s friendly welcome and magic hands what more is needed on a Friday afternoon to relax into the weekend 😊

A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

When you have to wake yourself up you know you are relaxed. Today I had a pialtes facial which included a back massage followed by reflexology. So essentially a pamper from head to toe and it was just what I needed. It is so nice to take time out and have someone look after me for a change and as a mum and 2 with a business to run it is definitely needed from time to time. Thank you so much Debbie, I always feel relaxed and comfortable in your treatment room x

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. Everyone needs an Alison in their lives. Listens to my rants while also sorting out my wellbeing with her wonderful menopause reflexology. We laugh a lot and is the best medicine I could ask for!

It was my first experience with reflexology today and I was slightly anxious about what to expect. Alison made me feel so immediately comfortable and I was relaxed within minutes! I loved it and cannot wait for the next session.

I really enjoyed my first reflexology session with Caroline. She talked me through the treatment, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The treatment was very relaxing and feel it has been beneficial. I’m looking forward to my next session. Would highly recommend Caroline and her reflexology treatments.

Alaine creates the most luxurious feeling at her studio (and at the bothy). From the moment you step in, all of your responsibilities and thoughts melt away and you’re looked after and pampered in every way until the moment you leave the bubble. I had the most relaxing reflexology session and will be booking in again soon.

My monthly visit to see Alison who I now see as a friend was relaxing as always and although I see her to help my lymphodema reflexology also helps mood, improves well being and I always sleep well 😊

Absolutely the best reflexology experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was calm, warm, and inviting, with a real sense of holistic care. The practitioner Alaine was not only highly skilled but also incredibly intuitive, she seemed to know exactly where my body needed balance. After the session, I felt deeply relaxed, lighter, and re-energized. My stress melted away, and even some lingering aches I’d had for weeks disappeared. This isn’t just reflexology, it’s a full mind-body reset. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

My reflexology treatment i had yesterday was absolutely wonderful Alison is a super lady, so friendly and comfortable to be around, she is very thorough and professional The room in which the appointments are held is so comfortable and cosy it's easy to relax almost straight away! The mint and bergamot mix that she used on my feet was so lovely I am so looking forward to my next treatment and highly recommend Inner Balance Treat yourself or someone you love or if someone is struggling what to treat you to then book in, you won't regret it!
