Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

I've been coming back to Nerissa at Dragonfly Skin multiple times now and she is absolutely outstanding. I've had both deep tissue and Swedish massages with her and both have been excellent — she really tailors each session to what your body needs. Nerissa is talented, warm, and thoroughly professional. Wonderful experience at Roukh Leeds today. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapist was incredibly gentle, professional, and attentive. I loved being able to choose the scent of the aroma oil, and the products used felt very high quality. I forgot to ask for her name, but she gave one of the best massages I've had. Excellent service from start to finish. I'll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

After leaving Leeds I checked out a few nail bars. They all pale in comparison to Justyna. You don't get any better than her and that's why she's worth travelling to see.

Justyna is brilliant. I often go there without any idea as to what I want on my nails. However Justyna knows me well enough now and always has great ideas for my nails and they are always spot on. I never leave the salon without loving my nails. Thank you Justyna. Best nail technician in Leeds. Xx

It was my first visit today and I met Paula such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. The space was calm, clean, and relaxing. I came in for a lymphatic massage but explained I was feeling stressed, so she suggested starting with a relaxing massage before the lymphatic one. It was perfect! Paula made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She’s open minded, professional, and truly lovely. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend her to my family!
