30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

One of the better massages I have had. Chacha really found some sneaky knots and effectively worked on them. I left feeling so floppy and relaxed. And my body felt well worked the next day 🤘😎🤌

I had a reflexology treatment with Hollie. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She discussed the things she was able to identify at the end of the treatment which I found interesting. I felt very relaxed whilst having the treatment and much lighter afterwards.

Hollie is wonderful! She's not only a lovely person but also extremely knowledgeable and caring. I had a reflexology treatment and was amazed at how many things she was able to identify, including things which the hospital is currently investigating. I felt so much lighter afterwards and am already looking forward to my next treatment.

Loved my facial and reflexology and the yurt in the garden but not so enamoured with pool facilities a bit run down and so felt dirty ……

Lovely, friendly therapists. They carried out a relaxing reflexology for me and a holistic facial for my daughter and in a shared treatment room. The music was very soothing and the lighting was dim. It was very peaceful indeed.

I enjoyed the experience. I haven’t had reflexology for a long time and it has persuaded me to have treatments more often.

Previously been before . The team are very welcoming and this time I had the full body massage with Rachel . The massage bed was very warm and spotlessly clean. My massage incorporated reflexology , shoulder back neck and leg massage. Usually I talk all the way through but I felt so relaxed and in good hands that I just zoned out . I would thoroughly recommend this spa and they are very lucky to have Rachel.
