She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

I had a reflexology treatment with Hollie. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She discussed the things she was able to identify at the end of the treatment which I found interesting. I felt very relaxed whilst having the treatment and much lighter afterwards.

Hollie is wonderful! She's not only a lovely person but also extremely knowledgeable and caring. I had a reflexology treatment and was amazed at how many things she was able to identify, including things which the hospital is currently investigating. I felt so much lighter afterwards and am already looking forward to my next treatment.

Michelke really listens and tailors the massage to your needs. Very professional. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience

It was incredible. The space was very comforting and my masseuse made sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. In the lava shells massage, though it’s not very pressure intensive, definitely does the job in reliving any pain or soreness from the muscles. I highly enjoyed my experience.

Hot Stone treatment with Michelle during my brief stay at Guildford Holiday Inn. Michelle adapted the 75 minute HS Massage session to address particular areas of discomfort which she expertly identified without my even having to tell her. Michelle's holistic approach was augmented by elements of other, very appropriate, healing methods as she is clearly highly skilled in many treatment fields. The end result was way beyond what I had expected - I left the session in so much less pain, deeply relaxed and completely satisfied. A very different approach to that I receive weekly in Prague

Myself and my niece had our treatments with Alice and Chloe. Was the most relaxed hour I have ever had, what an amazing facial and foot massage, wish I had the head to toe massage now. I left on a completely different planet, honestly the girls was outstanding. Will be back again very soon 100%

The Spa day was nice. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. I got a voucher for 2 on Wowcher. The discount was nearly 50% off. It included a 50 minute full body massage. The treatment was OK but we were told as soon as we started that it would not be full body. Just back and back of legs. Think the whole body could have been done or advertised as a half body massage. The rest of the spa was OK but not luxurious. Was happy to pay the voucher price (just!) but would have been very disappointed to pay full price.

My facial and back massage were very good, I thoroughly recommend. The rest of the facilities l felt were tired and need refreshing, also if you don’t like swimming not much more to do.

I liked the treatment but felt including the feet would have left me feeling more 'grounded and complete' in myself. Just some gentle holds, light massage or something. It was essentially a nice treatment though. Husband really enjoyed his prana massage.

Fantastic leg massage which left my legs feeling less achey. Very relaxing experience.

I had the most incredible one hour hot stone massage with Michelle . She included hands , feet and a little head massage too which so oftencan be overlooked in a full body treatment Simply divine . I would highly recommend her & will certainly be returning for more treatments.

Previously been before . The team are very welcoming and this time I had the full body massage with Rachel . The massage bed was very warm and spotlessly clean. My massage incorporated reflexology , shoulder back neck and leg massage. Usually I talk all the way through but I felt so relaxed and in good hands that I just zoned out . I would thoroughly recommend this spa and they are very lucky to have Rachel.
